Canecellation Policy
Cancellations for any reason within 30 days of arrival require payment in full; this also applies to an early departure of reserved dates. We will do all we can to re-book your reserved accommodations to generate the greatest return, less 10% of the gross sale, (not including taxes), with a minimum of $25. Cancellations received prior to 30 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the gross reservation, (not including taxes), and may be applied to a future off-season(excluding holidays) stay for a period of up to one year. This policy is necessary as we are a small, personalized inn with limited accommodations. We often must turn away other guests due to your confirmed dates. Walk-in traffic is minimal due to our unique location; thus, last minute changes afford us less opportunity to re-rent your reserved accommodation.
