Cancellations for any reason within 30 days of arrival require payment in full; this also applies to an early departure of reserved dates. Once we have reached full occupancy status for your dates, we will process your appropriate refund. Cancellations received prior to 30 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the entire gross reservation, (not including taxes), and may be applied to a future OFF SEASON (Excluding Holidays) stay for a period of up to one year from cancellation. This policy is necessary as we are a small, personalized inn with limited accommodations. We often must turn away other guests due to your confirmed dates. Walk-in traffic is minimal due to our unique location thus, last minute changes afford us less opportunity to re-rent your reserved accommodation.
