We are a small, independent, owner-managed property. All questions and concerns can be directed and resolved on site. We are accepting of all persons and all ages, yet we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are completely smoke free on all areas of our properties. Sorry, we cannot accept pets of any kind due to concerns for guests fears and allergies (service dogs, as defined by ADA, are allowed by law; emotional support animals, aka ESA, are not). We gladly work with your special requests; advance notice allows us to better serve you, and in the event we’re unable to meet your request, it is known prior to arrival. To ensure our relaxed atmosphere and your protection, we limit the property use to registered guests only and we are unable to offer the use of our property prior to check-in or after check-out.

The Winstead Inn And Beach Resort charges full payment (100%) at the time of booking for all reservations inside 30 days, as well as for all one-to-three (1-3) night stays. Reservations beyond 30 days for four (4) or more nights are charged 50% of the total at the time of booking; final payment is processed 30 days prior to arrival. (NOTE: reservations for the following calendar year will be charged on January 1 of that year.) Room Rates do not include state or local tax, resort fees or gratuities. When making a reservation, you are making a commitment to us, as we are to you. Advance payment guarantees to both the guest and the management the entire period reserved.

Cancellations outside 30 days of arrival are refunded, minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation (excluding taxes), which may be applied to a future off-season stay for a period of up-to one year from cancellation. Cancellations for any reason inside 30 days of arrival require payment in full (100%); this also applies to an early departure of reserved dates. Because we understand that emergencies happen and changes must be made, we strongly suggest trip insurance. This can be acquired through one’s personal insurance carrier or credit card provider; two other options to review are Travel Guard (www.travelguard.com) or Access America (allianztravelinsurance.com).
